What we may say, and what not
Many people use CBD oil as part of their personal well-being. We may not and will not promise specific health effects, because CBD is not an approved medicine and the evidence is not conclusive.
What we do: describe the common forms of use factually, so you can decide informed and seek medical advice if in doubt.

Common forms of use
- Sublingual (under the tongue): the most common form. The drops are held briefly in the mouth before swallowing.
- In food or drinks: simple, the compound is then absorbed more slowly.
- Topical: in creams or balms for skin care.
If at all, start with a small amount and observe how you feel. More on this under Dosage & Intake.
Important notes
- Not a medicine: CBD does not replace medical treatment.
- Interactions possible: CBD can affect the breakdown of certain medications. Clarify with a doctor beforehand if you take medication.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: use is advised against here.
- Not at the wheel: despite low THC, play it safe when in doubt.
We give you the facts, the decision stays with you.
