Dosing CBD: start low, increase slowly
There is no blanket „right“ dose. We explain the principle and how to read the label figures , without medical recommendation.
The principleWhat the figures mean
The strength of a CBD oil is given as a percentage or in milligrams of CBD per bottle. From the percentage and the number of drops you can roughly derive how much CBD a drop contains. Providers with a lab report make this transparent.
There is no blanket dose, it depends on many factors. That is why the principle is: start small.

Start low, increase slowly
- Begin small: start with a small amount and observe for a few days.
- Adjust slowly: increase carefully if needed, do not ramp up hastily.
- Sublingual: hold the drops briefly under the tongue, then swallow.
- Observe consistency: note how you feel rather than dosing blindly.
This is no substitute for individual advice. Anyone taking medication or with complaints should clarify intake with a doctor.
Said honestly
We deliberately give no concrete dosage recommendation in milligrams here, because that would be a medical statement that is not ours to make and depends heavily on the individual case. CBD is not a medicine. When taking medication, during pregnancy or breastfeeding: talk to a doctor first. We give you the facts, the decision stays with you.
