2. General & your rights
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the German BDSG. You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
3. Hosting & server log files
The website is hosted on a server in Germany. When the site is accessed, the server automatically records access data (IP address, date/time, file requested, browser/operating system) in log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short period.
4. Cookies & consent
In normal operation this website sets no non-essential cookies and loads no external services without being asked. Should content requiring consent be added in the future (e.g. embedded videos or maps), it will only load after your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, sec. 25 TDDDG).
5. Affiliate & advertising links
We take part in, or plan to take part in, partner programmes and mark the relevant links as „advertising“. If you click such a link, the respective provider may set cookies or pass parameters to attribute a referred purchase. Data processing is then carried out by the respective provider on their own responsibility. Programmes used or planned include the Amazon Associates Programme (Amazon EU S.a r.l., Luxembourg) and the AWIN affiliate network (AWIN AG, Berlin).
6. Embedded content (after consent)
If we embed third-party content in the future (e.g. videos or maps), it will only load after your consent. Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to the respective provider.
7. Web analytics
For statistical reach measurement we use Rybbit, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics software (operated on our own infrastructure, analytics.hqparts.de). Rybbit works without cookies, uses no cross-device recognition and stores no full IP addresses. Only aggregated, non-identifiable metrics are collected. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising statistics (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). As no cookies are set and no personal data is processed, no consent is required; you may nevertheless object to the anonymous measurement at any time at info@oil-verkauf.de.
8. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or form, we process your details solely to handle your request. We do not pass them on to third parties without your consent.
9. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
10. Fonts
We embed fonts locally from our own server. When the site is accessed, no connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) and no data is transmitted to third parties.
