The right oil for your goal
Whether sleep, clear airways or focus , we sort the oils by use and show you how to apply them sensibly.
Choose by goalSleep & relaxation
For winding down in the evening, lavender, Roman chamomile and bergamot have proven themselves. A few drops in the diffuser about an hour before bed, or as a diluted oil on the skin, can help you switch off.
Note: bergamot and other citrus oils can make skin light-sensitive, which is usually not an issue in the evening.

Oils by use
- Airways & colds: eucalyptus, peppermint and thyme, mostly as room scent or in a cold balm. Not for infants and small children.
- Focus & freshness: lemon, rosemary and peppermint invigorate and help at the desk.
- Relaxation & sleep: lavender, chamomile, bergamot.
- Mood: orange and other citrus scents are uplifting and friendly.
An application is no substitute for medical treatment. Essential oils support well-being, they are not a cure.
Use safely
Even goal-oriented, the rule stands: never neat on the skin, always dilute, do not ingest, and be especially careful with pregnancy, small children and pets. In the diffuser a few drops are enough, and good ventilation beats constant nebulising. We give you the facts, the decision stays with you.
