Stir your own massage oil
A good massage oil glides, doesn’t absorb too fast and smells subtle. Quickly made with two or three ingredients.
To the recipeGlides rather than absorbs fast
For massage, oils that stay on the skin a little longer work well, such as almond or sesame oil. A small share of jojoba makes the oil smoother.
An essential oil adds scent but is optional and must be strongly diluted.

Said honestly
Never use essential oils neat, and not on pregnant women or small children without expert advice. Test tolerance first. We make no health promises , a massage oil cares, it does not treat. Stored cool and dark, the blend keeps for a few weeks. We give you the facts, the decision stays with you.
