Omega fatty acids
Polyunsaturated fatty acids the body cannot make itself.
Definition
Omega-3 and omega-6
Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential fatty acids that must come from food. Both perform important jobs in metabolism.
What matters is the ratio between them. In the modern diet omega-6 often dominates clearly, because many cheap seed oils are rich in it.
